    PROFILE

Loretta Ota Ahuokpeme, a dynamic leader based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria is passionate about women, girls, peacebuilding, care for the elderly and a Gender Advocate. She is the Deputy National Coordinator Partners for Peace (P4P) in the Niger Delta, Rivers State Coordinator, Rivers Chapter Coordinator of West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP) & Executive Director of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Initiative. She has an MBA in Marketing and a PGD in Management from the University of Calabar. Her wide-ranging skills include Peacebuilding, communication, facilitation, community mobilization, Early Warning Early Response & collaboration. My personal philosophy is, “to be the best I can in whatever situation I may find myself.”

She works with different CSOs and governments in driving the localization of Sustainable Development Goals through innovations & technology around Health, Environment & Gender with Peace Building at the center. Stepdown of SDG policies and laws in local rural communities where they are most needed is one of her priority areas. She is an amiable lady that is married and has 2 lovely children.
