Administrative Team

The Administrative Team coordinates the working, running, and reporting for the entire network. They include the Program Officers who are trained to oversee the states in their activities and ensure that they are working according to the standard and requirements of the donor. The Finance Officer ensures that financial records of the network are upto date and ready for audit. The Admin Officer ensures that all Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of the network is done and activities are reported to the Managers and Board of Trustees quarterly.

OTTIH, ROSECOLETTE IHUOMA

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Ottih, Rosecolette Ihuoma is a peacebuilding specialist and a development practitioner who is passionate about tackling gender bias and inequality. A highly motivated and highly skilled peace actor that has supported the monitoring and implementation of key programs in conflict prevention, stabilization, security, and justice. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information science from Abia state University Uturu and went ahead to study for a master’s degree in Gender, Peace and Conflict studies from the Center for Conflict and Gender Studies (CCGS), University of Port Harcourt. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field.

Rosecolette is currently the administrative/ program officer for Partners for Peace in the Niger Delta (P4P) and oversees five states (Delta, Bayelsa, Akwaibom, Imo and Rivers), she is a fellow of the United States Institute of Peace, a COFP fellow and an ambassador of Institute of Economics and Peace (IEP). Her contributions to peacebuilding in the Niger Delta have earned her several awards, notable among them is the award of the “Incredible African Woman” featured Phenomenal African Woman (PAW) magazine on the 2022 women’s day.

PROGRAM OFFICER

Prince D. Ebilade, has Post graduate diploma in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with specialized and dynamic skills.

Prince is a development professional with special interest in peacebuilding skills on project management with early warning, early response mechanism as well as mediation, and data management. He plays active role in providing support to civil society organizations/ relevant stakeholders, in promoting peacebuilding initiatives for sustainable development in the Niger Delta and beyond.

A development consultant with over 10 years of experience within the Peacebuilding/Conflict management and governance sector, particularly on economic livelihood and development programs, based on needs, opportunities, and best practices.

Similarly, he has the ability to listen and interpret signals, symbols with regard to culture for conflict sensitivity, with respect for administrative policies, age, gender, health, religion, values, without ethnic divide. He has also contributed and worked within a team, planning programs and conducting baseline survey, data analysis, capacity building, monitoring/evaluation of peacebuilding and conflict interventions within the Niger Delta States: while reporting to concerned stakeholders and donor organizations.

FINANCE OFFICER, P4P

Dumkpege Wisdom Letom is a finance professional with experience in financial management and interest in data analysis. He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Rivers State University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from Rivers State University of Science and Technology now Rivers State University. Wisdom is a financial modelling and valuation analyst certified by the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a Fellow of THE ROOM-African Leadership Experience (ALX). He is also a Graduate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management which earned him a proficiency certificate in management from the Institute. Before joining P4P, Wisdom worked with PIND as a Finance Assistant. He is current pursuing a Business intelligence and data analyst program.

ETUKUDOH FAITH

(FINANCE INTERN)

Faith is the Finance Intern for Partners for Peace. He graduated from the University of Uyo with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Accounting. Prior to his role as the Finance Intern, Faith was the Nigerian Navy’s assistant Accountant, serving the Nigerian Navy Finance and Logistics College wing up to January 2019; when he had to leave to pursuit and further his career by acquiring a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria. He is also a business consultant with nearly five years of professional practice. Faith has served many internationally renowned and locally reputable clients across the various sectors of the economy.

Faith was employed as the Finance Intern of P4P August 2022. In this role, he will be responsible for supporting interventions and reconciling financial advances and support the Finance offer with other related financial activities. He is currently undergoing some professional courses and training in Accounting, Health, and Environmental management.
He is passionate about helping others this led to him volunteering in the Salvation Army where the organization are carrying out various programs in the health, safety, and environmental space. He is also loves playing chess, football, brass, watching wrestling, and carrying out research.

PROMISE JOHNBULL

(INTERN)

Promise Johnbull is a sustainable Development and Climate Change professional. He is passionate about impacting the lives of others hence his love for Social and Sustainable development with years of experience in the not for profit, Public sector and development communications where he had worked as Programmes Officer; Center for Development Support Initiatives, and Assistant Editor on The Reading Bridges Magazine. A Climate action advocate and enthusiast, Promise was onetime state coordinator of The International Climate Change Development Initiative (ICCDI), a not for profit organisation tasked with the aim of building a climate smart generation in Africa and beyond. He was also one time State Coordinator of The Entrepreneurship Initiative for African Youths, while there he was able to successfully host the NASA Space Apps Challenge for Tech youths in Portharcourt. He writes; mostly musings and poetry. Most recently he was part of the organising team of the first ever Naija Policy Hackathon and initiative of the Policy Shapers. Promise is a Sustainable Waste Management graduate of the prestigious Lagos Business School Sustainability centre. A good negotiator who adds considerable value to his work and produces results. Promise is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper with the Portharcourt Hub, he also volunteers with SustyVibes. He is the Cofounder of Green Earth NG an Environment and Climate Change Initiative based in the Niger Delta.

VIVIAN UDUMA

(INTERN)

Vivian Uduma is a gender advocate, a writer and a social media manager.
A graduate of Political science, with a postgraduate in Gender and Development studies from the University of Portharcourt. As part of her love for politics and the need to keep the people abreast of the political happenings in the society, she launched a news blog, “Look Nigeria”. She also has a published book to her name titled “Why Chickens don’t fly”
For the past three years, Vivian has managed over 200 small businesses all over the world on social media using her creative writing skills and brand management to shape and influence buyer’s decisions.
