
PROFILE
Carol Bassey Archibong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Policy Studies and Administration from the University of Calabar. She has over seven years of experience working with CSOs. Under the Global Fund Round1 Project, she was responsible for training and mentoring 200 Peer Educators within two LGAS in Akwa Ibom State. She coordinated 30 community volunteers for Antenatal Demand Creation under the USAID funded PLAN Health project through Management Science for Health while working in WISA as s Program Officer.
She is a Community Engagement Officer for ACTSI and also consults for private organizations and community associations, majorly in facilitation, reporting, M&E, and structure development. As a PEPFAR Fellow and a long-standing P4P Volunteer member serving in executive positions, she has gained skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, resource mobilization, project cycle management, etc through series of training over the years. She is an easy-going person with high values and respect for others. Passionate about her chosen career field, Carol derives self-fulfillment in serving humanity and contributing her part to bring about positive social change. She is hardworking, innovative, versatile, a team player, and an ardent advocate.
