Administrative Team

The Administrative Team coordinates the working, running, and reporting for the entire network. They include the Program Officers who are trained to oversee the states in their activities and ensure that they are working according to the standard and requirements of the donor. The Finance Officer ensures that financial records of the network are upto date and ready for audit. The Admin Officer ensures that all Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of the network is done and activities are reported to the Managers and Board of Trustees quarterly.

AMB. PRINCE D. EBILADE

PROGRAMS/ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Prince D. Ebilade, has a post graduate diploma in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with dynamic skills. He is a development professional with special interest in peacebuilding, project management, early warning early response mechanism as well as mediation and data management.

Prince plays active roles in providing support to civil society organizations/ relevant stakeholders in promoting peacebuilding initiatives for sustainable development across the Niger Delta and beyond.

He is a development consultant with over 10 years’ experience within the peacebuilding/conflict management and governance sector, particularly on economic livelihood and development programs based on needs, opportunities and best practice.

Prince is currently the Program/Administrative Officer for Partners for Peace in the Niger Delta (P4P) He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) He has contributed to several research work and have managed other donor funded projects on capacity building for youth groups, with monitoring and evaluation of peacebuilding and conflict prone project Interventions.

FINANCE OFFICER

Dumkpege Wisdom Letom is a finance professional with experience in financial management and interest in data analysis. He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Rivers State University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from Rivers State University of Science and Technology now Rivers State University. Wisdom is a financial modelling and valuation analyst certified by the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a Fellow of THE ROOM-African Leadership Experience (ALX). He is also a Graduate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management which earned him a proficiency certificate in management from the Institute. Before joining P4P, Wisdom worked with PIND as a Finance Assistant. He is current pursuing a Business intelligence and data analyst program.

APPAH DEBORAH EBIERE

PROGRAM OFFICER

Appah Deborah Ebiere, is a philanthropist, peace builder, photographer and communicator. She has over 5 years of professional experience working in the development sector, promoting peace building and development in the Niger Delta, Nigeria. She has worked as a key project person on issues bordering on child and adolescent development, education and health.

Deborah has initiated the “MISS ISPED NIGERIA” pageant, with the aim of changing the narratives around pageantry and as a tool to building capacity and development of young women; carrying out advocacy and humanitarian activities in-line with the UN SDGs. As part of her work to promote peace, she has supported the development and implementation of more than 15 humanitarian projects, delivering capacity building training to more than 50 young women.

Deborah holds a Higher National Diploma degree in Mass Communication from the Kenule Beson Sarowiwa Polytechnic, Rivers State, Nigeria. She is passionate about youth health and development and campaigns against Violence against Women and Girls. She is currently the P4P Program Officer for Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa States, at the Partners for Peace in the Niger Delta.

PROGRAM OFFICER

Austine Ogunleye, is an enthusiastic program administrator with over 7years professional experience working in the development sector. He has worked on several community development projects using human rights-based approach and reflection-action to achieve social justice.

His passion is to promote justice and peace for sustainable development especially in the rural communities. He has worked on projects supported by ActionAid, Misereor, Kindermissionwerk, National Democratic Institute and a host of others, all in making a better place for the common good.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mathematics from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko in Ondo state, professional certificate in social work practice from University of Michigan and professional certificate in Project Management from Project Management Professional Institute of Nigeria. He is currently the Program Officer for Abia and Imo State at the Partners for Peace in the Niger Delta (P4P).

Aduku Elizabeth Ojonogecha is a multifaceted professional passionate about effective communication, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literary Studies, A Post Graduate Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies, and A Masters in Peace and Security Studies. She currently serves as the Administrative Program/ Intern for the Partners for Peace in the Niger Delta. (P4P).

As a seasoned communications expert, Elizabeth understands the power of words and is adept at crafting compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences. Her ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner has helped previous organizations she had worked with effectively communicate their mission, values, and impact. With a keen eye for detail and a creative flair, she consistently delivers high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and press releases.

Elizabeth is passionate about peacebuilding with the desire to make a positive impact on society. Her academic background in peace and security studies equips her with a comprehensive understanding of global conflicts, security challenges, and strategies for sustainable peace. By leveraging her knowledge and experience, she actively contributes to the development and implementation of initiatives that promote peacebuilding, social cohesion, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta.

She is a versatile professional who thrives in dynamic environments. She is committed to leveraging her expertise and passion for communication, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding to support our P4P’s mission of peacebuilding in the Niger Delta.

    FINANCE INTERN

ETUKUDOH FAITH

(FINANCE INTERN)

Faith is the Finance Intern for Partners for Peace. He graduated from the University of Uyo with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Accounting. Prior to his role as the Finance Intern, Faith was the Nigerian Navy’s assistant Accountant, serving the Nigerian Navy Finance and Logistics College wing up to January 2019; when he had to leave to pursuit and further his career by acquiring a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria. He is also a business consultant with nearly five years of professional practice. Faith has served many internationally renowned and locally reputable clients across the various sectors of the economy.

Faith was employed as the Finance Intern of P4P August 2022. In this role, he will be responsible for supporting interventions and reconciling financial advances and support the Finance offer with other related financial activities. He is currently undergoing some professional courses and training in Accounting, Health, and Environmental management.
He is passionate about helping others this led to him volunteering in the Salvation Army where the organization are carrying out various programs in the health, safety, and environmental space. He is also loves playing chess, football, brass, watching wrestling, and carrying out research.
